* AT 728 PM EDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED A SEVERE        
  THUNDERSTORM 39 MILES SOUTHWEST OF COOLVILLE.  THE STORM WAS       
  MOVING EASTWARD AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING 
  DIME AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
