  WEBSTER COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 400 PM EDT...

* AT 210 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY 
HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY ACROSS THE AREA.  
RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS WERE BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES IN 
AN HOUR. THESE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR 
TWO..AND IN COMBINATION WITH EARLIER RAINS..ARE LIKELY TO PRODUCE FLASH 
FLOODING.
