* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NICHOLAS COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...
  WEBSTER COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT...

* AT 624 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY A THUNDERSTORM MOVING ACROSS THE NORTHERN 
PORTION OF NICHOLAS AND WEBSTER COUNTIES..SAGGING SLOWLY SOUTHWARD.  
RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF AN INCH IN AN HOUR HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED 
BY RADAR.  WITH SATURATED GROUND..SOME FLASH FLOODING CAN BE 
EXPECTED..ESPECIALLY IN THOSE AREAS THAT RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS 
EARLIER TODAY.
