* UNTIL 915 PM EDT...

* AT 610 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF 
VERY HEAVY SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY A THUNDERSTORM ACROSS CENTRAL PUTNAM 
AND NORTHERN KANAWHA COUNTIES..SAGGING SLOWLY SOUTHWARD.  RAINFALL 
RATES IN EXCESS OF AN INCH IN AN HOUR HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED BY RADAR.  
WITH SATURATED GROUND..SOME FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED..
