IDAHO.  FRONT WILL PUSH EAST THIS AFTERNOON AND LOOKS TO PASS
THROUGH MOST OF SOUTHEAST ID THIS AFTERNOON.  FRONTAL BOUNDARY MAY
LINGER OVER SOUTHEAST HIGHLANDS TONIGHT.  BOTTOM LINE FOR FORECAST
