NORTHEASTERN CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA NORTHERN MONROE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 415 PM EDT. * AT 204 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED...A THUNDERSTORM OVER EXTREME NORTHEAST CARBON AND EXTREME NORTHWEST MONROE COUNTIES. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR ALSO INDICATED A THUNDERTORM OVER EXTREME NORTHEAST MONROE COUNTY THAT WAS ALSO NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR SHOWED BOTH THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES AN HOUR.
