THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 400 AM EDT.

* AT 149 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING SLOWLY ACROSS NORTHERN
  BERKS COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR STORM TOTAL ESTIMATES HAVE EXCEEDED
  TWO INCHES WITHIN AN HOUR AND FLOODING OF SMALLER STREAMS APPEAR
  LIKELY DURING THIS NEXT HOUR. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
