EXTREME NORTHERN BUCKS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 500 AM EDT. * AT 236 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINS MOVING ACROSS EXTREME NORTHERN BUCKS COUNTY. THESE STORMS HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF DROPPING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS LEHIGH AND BERKS COUNTIES WHERE DOPPLER RADAR STORM TOTAL ESTIMATES HAVE REACHED BETWEEN 4 AND 5 INCHES. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
