FROM THE PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST. OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS...THESE
WEATHER FEATURES WILL INTERACT WITH VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE
CONDITIONS ALREADY IN PLACE...TO PROVIDE THE AREA WITH A THREAT FOR
SOME THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
