  NORTHERN DE KALB COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  WESTERN PUTNAM COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  SOUTHERN SMITH COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 745 PM CDT

* AT 445 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN FALLING OVER THE WARNED AREA. THE CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS    
  PRODUCING THIS RAINFALL ARE MOVING VERY SLOWLY TOWARD THE 
  NORTHEAST.

* SOME TOWNS IN THE WARNED AREA INCLUDE ALEXANDRIA, TEMPERANCE HALL,
