* AT 416 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN FALLING OVER THE MAJORITY OF LAWRENCE COUNTY. THIS RAINFALL   
  IS PART OF A LARGE CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT  
  5 MPH.
