  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR SUNBRIGHT...OR 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  WARTBURG...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING...
  WINDS UP TO 60 MPH...WHICH COULD PUSH OVER SHALLOW ROOTED TREES AND
