THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WRIGHT COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  HENNEPIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  MCLEOD COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  CARVER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1200 AM CDT

* AT 849 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY      
  OVER THE WARNED AREA...ESPECIALLY OVER WRIGHT COUNTY AND INTO      
  WESTERN HENNEPIN COUNTY. 

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED        
  AREA...AS WELL AS AREAS TO THE WEST...RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE       
  RAINFALL.

* HEAVY RAINS OCCURRED OVER HENNEPIN COUNTY EARLIER TODAY...AND      
  ANY ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING.   

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
