THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MEEKER COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 1109 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA. RADAR IS ESTIMATING AT LEAST 3 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER EASTERN MEEKER COUNTY NEAR LITCHFIELD. 

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  WHICH WILL RESULT IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AND FLOODING.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
