THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MCLEOD COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  CARVER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 135 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY     
  HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS MCLEOD AND CARVER COUNTY.  MORE STORMS    
  WITH HEAVY RAIN SHOULD MOVE OVER THIS AREA FROM THE WEST FOR       
  THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

* THE GROUND HAS ALREADY BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA...AND ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RUNOFF AND CAUSE FLOODING.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
