NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TWIN CITIES/CHANHASSEN MN

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS CONTINUED A 

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GOODHUE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 100 PM CDT

* ANOTHER LINE OF VERY HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING STORMS IS MOVING TOWARD 
GOODHUE COUNTY.  THESE STORMS WILL ADVANCE INTO WESTERN GOODHUE 
COUNTY IN THE WELCH AND CANNON FALLS AREA AROUND 1115 AM AND WILL 
SWEEP ACROSS THE COUNTY BY NOON. THESE STORMS COULD PRODUCE AN 
ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN AGGRAVATING THE CURRENT 
FLOODING SITUATION.  RAPID RUNNOFF WILL CAUSE FURTHER RISES IN 
STREAMS AND RIVERS AS WELL STREET FLOODING. 

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
