THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WRIGHT COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  KANDIYOHI COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  SWIFT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  MEEKER COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL NOON CDT  

* AT 840 AM CDT...RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT AS MUCH AS THREE INCHES 
OF RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM THE BENSON AREA TO NEAR WILLMAR THEN EAST TO 
AROUND LITCHFIELD AND BUFFALO.  THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY 
REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA WHICH COULD RESULT IN ANOTHER INCH 
OR TWO OF RAIN THIS MORNING.  

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
