THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GOODHUE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORT WATER OVER COUNTY ROADS IN THE    
  KENYON AREA...AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN REPORTED AT KENYON.

* A CAMPGROUND WAS BEING EVACUATED AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE...IN   
  ZUMBROTA.

* DOPPLER RADAR ALSO INDICATES NEW DEVELOPMENT OF                    
  THUNDERSTORMS WEST OF GOODHUE COUNTY.  

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER 
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE 
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
