PLAIN AND NEAR THE PAMLICO SOUND ASSOCIATED WITH TROUGHINESS OVER
CNTRL NC AND ALONG SEABREEZE CONVERGENCE BOUNDARY. CAN NOT RULE OUT
SOME SHRA/TSTMS TONIGHT AS UPPER RIDGE BEGINS TO FLATTEN...WEAK
VORTS JUST OFF THE SE NC COAST AND ANOTHER MOVES INTO MTNS TONIGHT...
AND TROUGHINESS AT THE SFC CONTINUES. WILL GO WITH PARTLY CLOUDY AND
A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHRA/TSTMS. WARM AGAIN TONIGHT WITH MID-UPPER 60S
IN A LOT OF LOCATIONS AND LOWER 60S IN A FEW.
