...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR ECTOR COUNTY HAS BEEN CANCELED...

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT THE STRONG 
THUNDERSTORMS THAT PRODUCED FLOODING OF ACCESS ROADS ALONG 
INTERSTATE 20 AND ALSO ALONG BUSINESS 20 IN ODESSA HAD MOVED EAST 
OUT OF THE COUNTY.  SOME ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH 
EARLY AFTERNOON AND MINOR FLOODING IS STILL POSSIBLE.  HOWEVER... 
THE THREAT OF SERIOUS FLOODING HAS ENDED. THUS...THE FLASH FLOOD 
WARNING IS BEING CANCELED.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.
