AREA. OUTFLOW FROM EARLIER MCS NOW TOUCHING OFF SCATTERED TSRA OVER
NORTHERN ARKANSAS. THIS TREND WILL CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF LATE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND SHOULD DIMINISH SOMEWHAT AFTER SUNSET.

REAL ACTION BEGINS LATER TONIGHT. WINDS BEHIND FRONT WILL PICK UP
SPEED AND WILL ACT TO PUSH IT TO US. MCS PROGGED TO DEVELOP OVER
SOUTHERN KANSAS/NORTHERN OKLAHOMA AND MOVE SOUTHEAST ALONG/INVOF
COLD FRONT...REACHING NORTHERN ARKANSAS DURING THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS.

FAIRLY STRONG VERTICAL SHEAR...INSTABILITY...AND LIFTING INVOF FRONT
WILL BE ENOUGH TO ALLOW THE POTENTIAL FOR SOME STORMS TO BECOME
SEVERE DURING THE DAY TOMORROW. PRIMARILY A HAIL AND WIND THREAT.
