WEATHER MAKER FOR THE FORECAST AREA TODAY IS THE MCS OVER NORTHEAST
TEXAS THIS MORNING MOVING SOUTHEAST AT NEARLY 40 MPH. THIS COMPLEX
HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING WIND DAMAGE. LAPS/MSAS ANALYSIS DOES
SHOW MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY AXIS FROM THIS SYSTEM SOUTHEAST TO THE
COAST OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA. NORTHWEST
FLOW ALOFT WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH MCS INTO WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE
FORECAST AREA AFTER NOON TIME AND LIKELY REACHING THE COAST BY 4 PM.
SINCE COMPLEX WILL BE HEADING INTO AREA OF HIGH MOISTURE AND
EXPECTED HIGH CAPES...THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR MCS TO MAINTAIN
