S/WV WHICH WAS EXPECTED TO SPARK SCT ACTIVITY MOVING INTO NWRN LA ATTM W/ BEST PVA AHEAD IN WRN MS. RW SHOULD AGAIN DIMINISH SHORTLY AFTER DARK W/ A FEW OUTFLOW-DRIVEN TRW POSSIBLE INTO LATE EVE SO WILL CARRY SMALL POPS TO COVER.
