THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON KY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JOHNSON COUNTY
  MARTIN COUNTY
  MAGOFFIN COUNTY
  FLOYD COUNTY

* UNTIL 400 PM EDT

* AT 1157 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF 
THUNDERSTORMS AND SHOWERS EXTENDING WEST TO EAST FROM MAGOFFIN TO 
MARTIN COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1.5 TO 2 INCHES ARE ESTIMATED 
TO HAVE FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF JOHNSON...MARTIN...MAGOFFIN...AND 
FLOYD COUNTIES.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. 
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE 
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS 
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY 
AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK
