REFLECTED AS WEAK SFC TROUGHS ARE ROTATING OVER THE SE REGION AROUND
THE STHRN PERIPHERY OF THE MID/UPR LOWS. MORN CONVECTION ACROSS THE
WSTRN FL PENINSULA HAS SHIFTED SWRD WITH BLOW-OFF CI BLANKETING MUCH
