APPROACHING COOL FRONT WILL INTERACT WITH A MOIST AND UNSTABLE
AIRMASS ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS TO PRODUCE SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS LATER TODAY. THE MAIN SEVERE WEATHER THREAT WILL BE
HAIL AND STRONG WINDS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. SPOTTER
