THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MARSHALL COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 615 AM CDT

* AT 1205 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN JUST EAST OF LACON. 
  2.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 1115 PM CDT.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
  MARSHALL COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 2 TO 4
  INCHES BY 130 AM.  THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE 
   FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODS. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT AT NIGHT TO JUDGE HOW
MUCH WATER COVERS ROADWAYS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS.
