* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
COWLEY COUNTY IN KANSAS
* UNTIL 330 AM CDT
* AT 1118 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL THAT WAS MOVING INTO THE COUNTY. THIS
MAY DROP 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN OVER A VERY SHORT TIME, ESPECIALLY
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY. THIS COMBINED WITH
YESTERDAYS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY RESULT IN FLOODING.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT...WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
