BUTLER COUNTY IN KANSAS * UNTIL 330 AM CDT * AT 1103 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE MOVING INTO THE COUNTY. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE A QUICK 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN. THIS WILL COMBINE WITH THE 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN THAT FELL YESTERDAY, AND RESULT IN FLASH FLODING. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT...WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED... MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
