CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 340 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE MOVING ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY.
