KINGMAN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 545 PM CDT * AT 1137 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS WESTERN KINGMAN COUNTY.
