MCPHERSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 830 AM CDT * AT 425 AM CDT...MCPHERSON COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED WIDESPREAD FLOODING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALF OF MCPHERSON COUNTY. MANY COUNTY ROADS HAVE BEEN BARRICADED. TRAVEL ACROSS MCPHERSON COUNTY...
