RICE COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 545 AM CDT * AT 146 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS RICE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES ACROSS A GOOD PORTION OF THE COUNTY. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...ROADS AND AREAS WITH POOR DRAINAGE.
