* AT 120 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 
CONTINUED TO FALL OVER EASTERN HARRIS COUNTY. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES 
OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE BY 3 PM. 

FLOODING WAS REPORTED NEAR RED BLUFF AND FAIRMONT IN PASADENA AND 
THE INTERSECTION OF CENTER STREET AND P STREET WAS UNDER WATER IN 
DEER PARK.

150-200. 13Z ANALYSIS SHOWS A WEAK SFC BOUNDARY DRAPED ACROSS THE
REGION VCT TO LFT AND SFC STREAMLINES SHOW STRONG CONFLUENCE ACROSS
SE TX. 85H DEW PTS ARE 16 C AND 85H WINDS ARE SLIGHTLY CONFLUENT AS
WELL. BEST 85H INFLOW LIES ALONG A LCH TO OUN LINE. IR IMAGERY
REVEALS A NICE FETCH OF MSTR LINING UP FROM CHAMBERS COUNTY
SOUTHEAST INTO THE GULF. THIS AREA OF MSTR LOOKS LIKE IT WILL STREAM
INLAND AND AFFECT THE NE ZONES LATER THIS AFTERNOON. NO CHANGES TO
CURRENT FORECAST. MAYBE AN UPDATE LATER IF MESO-BNDRYS WREAK HAVOC.
