EXPECTED TO MOVE OVER THE COUNTY THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON.

MORE RAIN MAY PPRODUCE LOCALIZED FLOODING OVER MADISON COUNTY
CAUSE A MAJOR THREAT TO MOTORISTS IN THE MORE MOUNTAINOUS
