BOTH THE ETA AND AVN WANT TO GENERATE A FAIR AMOUNT OF QPF OVER THE
SRN HALF OF THE CWA BEGINNING 6-9 UTC. THIS IS RESPONSE TO
INCREASING UPGLIDE OVER LLVL BNDRY. UPPER LEVEL SUPPORT IS NOT GREAT
AS WE WILL BE IN WEAK NVA BY THE TIME THE BEST LLVL OMEGA IS PROGGED
BY THE MODELS. HOWEVER...I CAN/T IGNORE THE OMEGA AND THE QPF AND WL
UP POPS TO LIKELY FORM CLT-AVL AND POINTS SOUTH. WL GO 50 POP NORTH
OF THIS LINE.
