WITH WARM AND HUMID CONDITIONS PERSISTING ACROSS THE AREA...THE ATMOSPHERE IS EXPECTED TO BECOME QUITE UNSTABLE ONCE AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL PROVIDE A FAVORABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THUNDERSTORMS.
