* AT 800 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST
  DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR VESPER. THAT PLACES
  THE STORM 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF WISCONSIN RAPIDS. IT WAS MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
