* AT 730 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A FUNNEL CLOUD LOCATED 14 MILES SOUTH OF
  WILLOW RESERVOIR. THAT PLACES THE STORM 25 MILES WEST OF
  RHINELANDER. IT WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
