  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH STRONG WINDS AND HAIL. THE LINE
  WAS LOCATED FROM 13 MILES NORTHWEST OF MANITOWOC TO 20 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF MANITOWOC. THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
