  A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH 60 TO 70 MPH WINDS. THE LINE
  WAS LOCATED FROM 33 MILES NORTH OF MARSHFIELD TO 30 MILES WEST
  OF MARSHFIELD. THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.
