PHILLIPSBURG TO MANKATO AFTER 2 PM.  STORMS WHICH DEVELOP WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS...AND POSSIBLY AN
ISOLATED TORNADO.

A CLOUDY...COOL AND STABLE AIRMASS WILL RESIDE ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL
