NO MAJOR CHANGES TO FORECAST EXCEPT FOR TWEAKING OF POP AREAS AND TEMPS. STRONG LOW LEVEL SYNOPTIC FORCING ABSENT FROM PICTURE WITH LEE TROUGH GENESIS SLOWLY TAKING SHAPE FROM WY/SD BORDER DOWN THROUGH EASTERN CO.
