* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CARRIZO CREEK AND THE TOWN OF CARRIZO
  CIBECUE CREEK AND THE TOWN OF CIBECUE
  IN SOUTHWESTERN NAVAJO COUNTY IN NORTHEAST ARIZONA

* UNTIL 1100 PM MST

* AT 855 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY 
  HEAVY RAIN FALLING 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF CIBECUE...OR ABOUT 19 
  MILES SOUTH OF HEBER-OVERGAARD...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 5 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL AFFECT THE CIBECUE AND CARRIZO
  HEADWATER AREAS IN RURAL SOUTHWESTERN NAVAJO COUNTY THROUGH 925 PM MST.

THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS BEING EXPANDED TO INCLUDE CARRIZO CREEK 
AND THE TOWN OF CARRIZO.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES OF 1.5 TO 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN     
OVER THE HEADWATERS OF CIBECUE CREEK BETWEEN 745 PM AND 845 PM MST. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
