* AT 245 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION OVER WRIGHTSTOWN...OR
  ABOUT 41 MILES EAST OF FERGUS FALLS...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST
  AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS OF
