* AT 1114 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER CAVALIER...OR ABOUT 28 MILES NORTH OF
  GRAFTON...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.
