MCS CURRENTLY MOVING INTO NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ALONG TIGHT 850MB DEWPOINT GRADIENT. DO NOT EXPECT ANY FLOODING PROBLEMS WITH THIS FIRST ROUND OF PRECIPITATION.
