WATER VAPOR LOOP SHOWS A SHORT WAVE NEAR LAKE YWG AND ANOTHER OVER FAR SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN. POCKET OF HIGH THETA-E AIR WAS ACROSS EASTERN SD THIS MORNING AND WILL SHIFT INTO WEST CENTAL MN THIS AFTERNOON. SURFACE LOW WAS OVER NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND IS FORECAST TO MOVE INTO WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON. SURFACE DEWPOINTS HAVE JUMPED INTO THE UPPER 60S IN SOUTHEAST ND ALREADY.
