THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...

  MAHNOMEN COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT.

* AT 456 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE...MOVEMENT WAS TO
  THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* MAHNOMEN...BEJOU...NAYTAHWAUSH...MAHKONCE AND PINE BEND WILL BE    
  AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER 3 INCHES
  HAVE BEEN INDICATED BY DOPPLER RADAR. ADDITIONAL BANDS OF HEAVY 
  RAIN ARE EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT 3 HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES 
  OF RAIN MAY BE POSSIBLE BY 800 AM.
