* AT 359 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF KERRVILLE...MOVING EAST 
  SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT KERRVILLE...CENTER POINT 
  AND CAMP VERDE.
